Welcome to AirTok ("the App"). The App is developed and operated by Dex Li ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

AirTok is a local network file transfer tool that provides the following core features:

8. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Most of the App is free forever — including LAN transfers, cross-platform delivery, and Live Photo handling. On iOS, AirTok Plus is offered as a paid subscription primarily to raise your cross-network relay (TURN) quota and unlock related convenience features.

Billing, Renewal & Refunds

Pricing & Billing. All paid items are processed through the Apple App Store. The prices shown in the App are authoritative. All charges are made to your Apple account.

Auto-Renewal. The AirTok Plus monthly subscription automatically renews 24 hours before each period ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling does not revoke the remainder of the current paid period. One-time topups do not renew.

Cancellation & Downgrade. After cancelling, you keep Plus benefits for the remainder of the current period. At period end your account automatically downgrades to the free tier; the free tier monthly relay quota is whatever the App currently shows. Topups already purchased are unaffected by subscription cancellation and remain usable until their own expiry date.

Refunds. All payments are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com and are governed by the Apple Media Services Terms. The developer cannot issue refunds directly. An Apple-approved subscription refund immediately revokes Plus benefits; a topup refund immediately invalidates remaining topup bytes.

Price Changes. We reserve the right to change prices for new subscriptions and renewals. For active auto-renewing subscriptions, any price increase is subject to Apple's policy, under which Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, obtain renewed consent.

Entitlement Binding. Paid entitlements are bound to your AirTok account (via login), not to a single device. Plus benefits and topup balances may be shared across multiple devices signed into the same AirTok account. Uninstalling or switching devices does not affect your subscription; signing in again restores it.

Other Platforms

Paid features are not currently offered on macOS, Android, Windows, or Linux. If we introduce them in the future, they will be processed through that platform's official payment channel (e.g., Google Play Billing, Stripe) and governed by that platform's terms.

9. App Updates

We may release updates from time to time to fix issues, improve features, or enhance security. Updates may be delivered through app stores or via in-app notifications. We recommend keeping the App up to date for the best experience.

10. Termination

You may terminate the license granted under these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. If you violate any provision of these Terms, your license will automatically terminate. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Significant changes will be communicated via in-app announcements.
